questions
The ones that come up most. If yours is not here, the contact page gets you a person.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are printed and packed by hand, which takes one to two working days, then Royal Mail takes a further three to five working days. So most orders arrive within a week of ordering.
How much is postage?
£2.99 flat rate anywhere in the UK, however many tees you order.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. Everything is printed and posted from the UK and shipping is UK only. Email hello@trialsofficial.com if you are elsewhere and we will let you know if that changes.
What size should I order?
The tees are a boxy unisex cut, so they run wider and slightly shorter than a standard fitted tee. If you want a closer fit, size down. The most reliable way to get it right first time is to measure a t-shirt you already own and like the fit of, then compare it. Email hello@trialsofficial.com for the flat measurements of any size.
What are the tees made from?
Heavyweight 100% cotton, cut boxy and unisex. Each design is screen printed by hand rather than digitally printed, which is why the colours stay dense and why the print outlasts the sort you get on a multipack tee.
How should I wash it?
Inside out, cold, no fabric softener, and never in a tumble dryer. Heat is what makes screen printed ink brittle, and a dryer applies heat and flexing at the same time. Hang it up instead and the print will outlast the tee.
Can I return it if it does not fit?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, for any reason, and you do not have to give one. Try it on the way you would in a shop and email hello@trialsofficial.com to start a return.
Why are the runs so small?
Each design is screen printed by hand, one colour and one screen at a time. That puts a natural ceiling on how many get made, and it means when a design sells out it usually stays sold out.
Will a sold out design come back?
Usually not. Runs are printed once. If a particular design sells out and you want to be told if it is ever reprinted, email hello@trialsofficial.com.
Who is behind Trials?
A one person operation in the UK. Every design starts with a photo taken or a drawing made by hand, and every order is printed and packed by the same person.
