contact

Trials is one person, so an email reaches the person who printed and packed your order rather than a support queue.

What to include

Whatever it is about, your order number gets it answered in one reply rather than three. Beyond that:

  • Sizing. Say which size you are considering and it will come back with the exact flat chest and length measurements for it. How to size a boxy t-shirt explains how to compare those to a tee you already own.
  • A parcel that has not arrived. Order number and the date you ordered. See delivery for the timings first, in case it is still inside the normal window.
  • A return or a refund. Order number and whether it is a change of mind or something wrong with the tee, because they follow different rules. Both are set out on returns and refunds.
  • A sold out design. Say which one and you will be told if it is ever reprinted.

How long it takes

Usually the same day, and within two working days at the outside. If you have not heard back after that, send it again rather than assuming it was ignored.

Who you are emailing

Trials is a UK business. Email for the return address before sending anything back, so it goes to the right place.

More about how it all works, and who is behind it, on the about page.
