One flat rate of £2.99 anywhere in the UK, however many tees you order. Most orders arrive within a week.

How long it takes

There are two parts to it, and it is worth separating them because only one is in the post.

• One to two working days to print and pack. Every order is put together by hand, so nothing goes out the same hour it is ordered.
• Three to five working days with Royal Mail after that.

Working days means Monday to Friday, not counting bank holidays. An order placed on a Friday evening starts its clock on the Monday.

Where we ship

The UK only, for now. Everything is printed and posted from the UK and there is no international option at checkout yet. If you are outside the UK and want to know when that changes, email hello@trialsofficial.com.

What it costs

£2.99, flat, added once at checkout no matter how many tees are in the order. There is no free delivery threshold and no surcharge for the Highlands or Islands.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not turned up a clear working week after the five day window closes, email hello@trialsofficial.com with your order number and it will get chased or replaced.

If it arrives damaged, that is covered separately and better: see returns and refunds. Return postage on anything faulty is never yours to pay.
